  • Ask BrightBrain
  • Progress Summaries

the information necessary to fulfill your request is securely transmitted to our AI providers. We do not use your documents or child information to train public AI models.

Our AI providers process your information solely to generate the response you requested. Some providers may temporarily retain information for security, abuse prevention, or operational purposes under their own contractual obligations.

AI-generated content:

  • may be inaccurate,
  • may be incomplete,
  • may become outdated,
  • should always be reviewed by a parent or caregiver before being relied upon.

Bright Brain Advocate provides educational support tools and does not provide legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Bright Brain Advocate is designed for parents, caregivers, legal guardians, and educational advocates. Children under thirteen (13) do not independently create accounts. Any information relating to a child is provided by the parent or legal guardian for educational advocacy purposes. If we become aware that a child under thirteen has independently created an account or provided personal information directly, we will promptly delete that information.

12. Student Records (FERPA)

Bright Brain Advocate is an independent educational technology platform. We are not a school, school district, or educational institution. We do not become a FERPA "school official" unless a separate written agreement exists with a school or district. If schools adopt Bright Brain Advocate in the future, additional privacy protections and contractual agreements may apply.

13. International Users

Bright Brain Advocate operates from the United States. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely upon appropriate contractual safeguards for international data transfers.

14. Business Transfers

If HISA Holdings LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor privacy policy.

If you need this Privacy Policy in an alternative format because of a disability or accessibility need, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

16. Changes to This Policy
