Parent Ownership

Your child's educational records belong to your family. Bright Brain Advocate does not sell or share your child's information with advertisers.

We do not provide information to schools, districts, employers, or third parties unless:

• You choose to share it using future collaboration features, or
• We are legally required to do so.

You remain in control of what information is stored, shared, exported, or deleted.

How Artificial Intelligence Works

When you select features such as:

• Analyze Reports
• Advocacy Letters
• Homework Helper
• Parent Q&A
• Ask Anything

the information you submit is securely transmitted to one or more third-party AI providers solely to generate the response you requested.

Your uploaded documents and family information are not used to train public AI models.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Parents should carefully review all AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with schools or professionals.

Your Privacy Controls

You remain in control of your family's information. You can:

• Edit or update child profiles at any time.
• Delete individual records.
• Export your information in supported formats.
• Permanently delete your account and associated personal information.
• Contact us with questions regarding your data.

Future Sharing Controls

As Bright Brain Advocate expands to support collaboration with teachers, therapists, advocates, and schools, parents will remain in control of all sharing permissions. Future collaboration features will include:

• Parent-controlled invitations.
• Permission-based access.
• Revocable sharing at any time.
• Visibility into who has access to your child's information.

No information will ever be shared without the parent's authorization.
